Congratulations to Curney, Farmer, House, Osuna & Jackson for their recent trial outcome. Three Plaintiffs were alleging personal injuries in connection with an alleged hit and run whereby they sued both the owner of the vehicle and the driver. Plaintiffs collectively alleged a variety of personal injuries, including initial claims of surgical recommendation as to one Plaintiff, later described as alleged life-long chronic pain.
