Chad William Schreiber was born and raised in Windthorst, a small farming community in North Texas. Chad received his undergraduate degree from Texas State University where he majored in Public Administration with a minor in Business Administration. Chad later graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Mary’s University and received his Juris Doctorate in 2012 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Chad is currently an associate with Curney, Farmer, House & Osuna, P.C. While attending St. Mary’s University, Chad served as a Comment Editor for the Editorial Board of the St. Mary’s Law Journal and was also a member of Phi Delta Phi, the William H. Sessions Inns of Court, and the Harlan Society.
Chad’s experience involves insurance defense matters of all types, particularly in areas of insurance coverage litigation and coverage analysis. Chad has conducted reviews and opinions regarding complicated coverage issues, particularly those involving commercial general liability policies; umbrella/excess policies; inland marine policies; automobile policies; and homeowner’s policies. In addition, Chad has experience with general insurance defense matters including motor vehicle collisions, dram shop actions, and premises liability actions.
