Was born in Kingsville, Texas. Noe was admitted to the Texas Supreme Court and the Texas State Bar in 1999. Noe was admitted to the Western District of Texas in 2000. Noe attended and graduated from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi with his B.A. in 1992. Noe received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1999. Noe’s Honors and Activities include: Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity and competitor in mock trials competition. Noe is a member of the following: State Bar of Texas and American Bar Association. Noe is experienced in a broad range of litigation matters including tort litigation, products liability, construction defect litigation, commercial litigation, debt collection, deceptive trade practices, transportation litigation, new law worker’s compensation and general insurance defense litigation matters including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability matters, and first-party insurance litigation matters. Noe also handles various transactional and real estate matters in the commercial and residential fields.
Noe and his wife, Greta, have one child, Andrea, and attend Cibolo Creek Community Church. Noe is a Shareholder in Curney, Farmer, House & Osuna, P.C., handling insurance defense litigation and insurance subrogation recovery, construction defect, commercial collections, and other business and commercial litigation including various commercial and residential real estate transactions, motor vehicle and trucking collisions, product liability issues, premises liability issues, construction defects and construction related accidents, and commercial litigation.
