SUCCESSFUL SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Congratulations to Jeffrey House for a successful summary judgment on November 10, 2015 in a personal injury case pending in Jim Wells County. Our client, Blake Fulenwider Chrysler Dodge Jeep, was sued after a former employee stole a vehicle off of the lot and thereafter caused an accident resulting in the death of one individual and serious injuries to another.
